We are a small business located in southern Lancaster County, Pa. During the spring of 2009,Big Dave's Specialty Sauces was no more than just a spark of an idea. Dave was preparing and serving his
Honey-Chipotle BBQ Sauce and his Peach & Pepper Jam at a local restaurant. As the guests began requesting to buy these products to take along home we decided to start bottling them for retail sales.
Both products first became available to the public during the
fall of 2009 when a local grocery store gave us shelf space. Since that time we have grown and you can now find our products
at various locations throughout Pennsylvania.
In 2011 we added 2 new sauces - Big Dave's Wild Fire Sauce
and Big Dave's Strawberry Jalapeno Jam.
With the purchase of a smoker in 2010,we expanded our
business to include BBQ catering and concession.His specialties
include Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket,Rootbeer Glazed Ham and Jerk Chicken topped with fresh Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa.
We've never entered a BBQ competition or won any awards
for our sauces. Dave's simply doing what he loves and what he's
good at. Truly life at it's best !
